The RMA Process

  1. Troubleshoot first. Work with local support, a channel partner, or the DC3 support team to troubleshoot the product.
  2. Submit the RMA form. If the issue isn't resolved, fill out and submit the Warranty & Returns form with your serial number and issue description.
  3. Receive your RMA number. Once DC3 Control approves the return, we issue an RMA number.
  4. Ship to the factory. Send the product to our Corpus Christi factory at your expense and carrier preference, with the RMA number on the box.
  5. Analysis. We receive and analyze the product. If the failure is covered by warranty, we repair or replace the unit and ship it back at our cost. If it is not covered, we contact you about the issue and request a disposition method (return at your expense, or scrap).
  6. Confirmation. You receive an emailed packing slip when the unit ships back.
