Warranty Coverage

Shipping: Ex Works, Pre Paid and Add. Payment: Net 30 days. All shipping to be determined by DCiii, LLC. If an expedited delivery is required, please contact the factory for shipping rates.

• DCiii, LLC warrants products manufactured by DCiii, LLC for a period of 1 year from purchase, and sensor products for a period of 1 year during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship.
• The replacement item assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product.
• Batteries are not covered by the warranty.
• Replacement is not available to you if the product you present for exchange is defaced, altered, in need of a repair not included in warranty service, damaged beyond repair, or if the product is free from defects in material and workmanship.
• If this product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact DCiii, LLC for a Return Authorization. DCiii, LLC will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product at its facility.

DCiii, LLC does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of any product.

Warranty service does not include repair or failures caused by:

• Modification or unauthorized attachments
• Accidents, misuse, abuse or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose, or unsuitable physical or operating environment
• Extreme weather events including but not limited to tornado, hurricane, lightning, and flood damage; maintenance by anyone other than DCiii, LLC or its authorized representative; refurbishment, repair, or remanufacture by a third party
• Product, supplies, parts, material, or software not provided by DCiii, LLC

Limitation of Liability, Business Terms:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DCiii, LLC makes no other warranty or condition of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to this product, and specifically disclaims the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and satisfactory quality. Any warranties that may not be disclaimed under applicable law are limited in duration to the warranty period. No warranties, express or implied, will apply after this period. All information, specifications, prices, and services are subject to change at any time without notice.

Your sole remedy under this limited warranty is set forth in this document. For any claim concerning performance or nonperformance of this product under this limited warranty, you may recover actual damages up to the limits set forth in the following paragraph.

DCiii, LLC's liability for actual damages from any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount you paid for the product that caused the damages. In no event will DCiii, LLC be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damage, or other economic or consequential damages.
